Scope

This policy covers the NIDAL public marketing website. It does not ask you to create an account, enter a card number or upload a drawing. The separate learning platform at learn.nidal.in handles learner accounts, course progress and payments under the information presented there.

Data involved when you visit

Firebase Hosting delivers the website. Its infrastructure processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver content, prevent abuse and analyse hosting usage. Google’s Firebase privacy information describes its processing.

Optional measurement

This website can use Google Analytics (G-MQBQ9GVCWB) and the NIDAL Google Ads tag (AW-18484775638) to measure page visits and clicks towards NIDAL Learn or WhatsApp. The tag is loaded only if you select “Allow measurement”. We do not send names, phone numbers, drawing submissions or payment details in these website click events.

You can select “Essential only” or reopen “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. Optional Google measurement may use cookies and process device, request and interaction information as described in Google’s privacy policy.

WhatsApp messages

If you open a WhatsApp link, you choose whether to send the prefilled message. WhatsApp and its providers process the conversation under their own terms and privacy practices. The NIDAL team receives the information you send and can use it to answer questions, assist onboarding and provide requested follow-up. Avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Sharing, retention and choices

Website delivery and optional measurement involve service providers including Google. WhatsApp conversations involve WhatsApp and the NIDAL team. Provider processing and retention are described in their policies; the site does not set a separate fixed retention period for provider logs. Contact us to ask about information you have shared directly with NIDAL, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Younger learners

Parents and guardians should guide younger learners when contacting us or using external services. This marketing website does not collect a child’s profile or drawing submissions through a form.
